Great St. Pete Cupcake Contest: Enter your tastiest cupcake, or watch as entrants compete for the best cupcake and a chance to win the glass cupcake award, created by a Morean Arts Center artist. Season premiere, Beyond Scared Straight, 10 p.m., A&E: Enjoy 90 minutes of kids who are the polar opposites of the kids from the Do Something Awards. These kids are presented with a healthy dose of fear of incarceration.
