Great White: The 1980s rockers (Once Bitten, Twice Shy) perform a 21-and-up-only show today as part of the Hard Rock@Nite entertainment series at 10 p.m. at Hard Rock Cafe, 5223 Orient Road, Tampa. $25, standing room only.

Cathy Rigby: The actor and Olympian will discuss the importance of nutrition, including her struggle with bulimia and anorexia. VIP ticket holders get a meet and greet with the star. It's 11:15 a.m. at the Museum of Science and Industry, 4801 E Fowler Ave., Tampa. $30, $100 VIP.

Saves the Day: The emo indie-rock band will play with moody punk rockers Bayside, I Am the Avalanche and Transit at 6:30 p.m. at State Theatre, 687 Central Ave., St. Petersburg. $19.50.

The Rescignos Comedy Cabaret: Join real-life twins Paul and Robbie Rescigno for their two-man comedy/variety show about life with a carbon copy at 7 p.m. at freeFall Theatre, 6099 Central Ave., St. Petersburg. $15.

The 45th Annual CMA Awards, 8 p.m., ABC: Arguably the most important of the 17 different country music awards shows, most notably because Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood are singing their duet Remind Me live on TV for the first time.

Psych, 10 p.m., USA: Wade Boggs and Danny Glover guest star as Shawn and Gus try to solve the mystery behind the death of a minor league baseball team's batting instructor.
