Features and More

On your radar: An evening of live music for a good cause in Hyde Park Village and a postgame concert at Bright House Field

Hyde Park Village Live Music Series: The Ben Bryan Band performs, and this month's charity is Big Brothers Big Sisters. It kicks off at 7 p.m. at Hyde Park Village, 1621 W Snow Circle, Tampa. Free. (813) 251-3500.

Clearwater Threshers: Put on some '80s attire and come out for a themed night with '80s music, an interactive display on the concourse and a post-game concert. The game starts at 7 p.m. at Bright House Field, 601 N Old Coachman Road, Clearwater. $5–$9.50. (727) 467-4467.

Kids and family

Kids visit free: Through the end of the month, children are admitted free with each paying adult at downtown St. Petersburg's Museum of Fine Arts, the Chihuly Collection, and the Morean Glass Studio and Hot Shop. Children under 6 are free at all times. The current Museum of Fine Arts exhibit features more than 100 works in contemporary glass. The museum is at 255 Beach Drive in St. Petersburg. Admission is free for kids through Aug. 31.

To watch

Restaurant: Impossible, 9 p.m., Food: Robert Irvine revisits some of his best and worst moments for the show's 50th episode. Remember when he tried to open a restaurant in St. Pete but it turned out his cooking experience was, shall we say, exaggerated? Ah, good times.

Series premiere; Abandoned, 9 p.m., NatGeo: Three more guys wander across America looking for valuable things in burned-out hulks and abandoned factories. These shows will come in handy as scavenger training once the zompocalypse is upon us.

Top Chef Masters, 10 p.m., Bravo: The Indigo Girls get something to eat during the quickfire, then the chefs have to cook brunch for former Girls Next Door star Holly Madison.

To note

Carlos Santana's show Sunday at the 1-800-Ask-Gary Amphitheatre has been postponed due to illness. Tickets will be honored on the new date, which has yet to be determined.
