On your radar: Bryan Adams in Clearwater, Hard Rock on wheels, 'Love in the Wild' on the tube

Hard Rock on Wheels: For its 40th anniversary, the Hard Rock has loaded a ton of its memorabilia onto a tricked out semi for a rolling tour that pulls into Tampa's Hard Rock today through Friday. It's free from 1 to 7 p.m. to see Jimi Hendrix's Flying V, Brian Jones' Vox teardrop, Freddie Mercury's Spandex stage outfit, Michael Jackson's Beat It jacket, handwritten John Lennon lyrics and more at 5223 N Orient Road, Tampa.

American Song Night with David Friedman: Part of the second annual Vocal Arts Festival, composer David Friedman presents this concert celebrating the American song repertoire at 7:30 p.m., TECO Theater at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa. Ghastly City Sleep: The Brooklyn-based rock band plays alongside experimental rock group Hello.Invade! at 8 p.m., the Orpheum, 1915 E Seventh Ave., Ybor City. $5–$8.

Perpetual Groove: With a range of cover songs and distinct light effects, the Athens-based jam band has a devout following that swears it's never performed the same show twice. 10:30 p.m., Crowbar, 1812 N 17th St., Tampa. $15.

Back-to-School Party with Paper Cut Gang: Hip-hop artist Famous Kid Brick and St. Petersburg hip-hop quintet Paper Cut Gang will perform at this event aimed at high school-age students.
