Steve Earle: The grizzled songwriter with '80s hits like Guitar Town and Copperhead Road performs a solo acoustic show with his wife, Allison Moorer at 7:30 p.m. at the Orpheum in Ybor City. $38.

Thanksmas Fundraiser: Get the same meal Rays manager Joe Maddon will make for homeless shelters — spaghetti, meatballs, sausage and pierogies — all served by Rays players, coaches and Maddon himself starting at 5 p.m. at 717 South, 717 S Howard Ave., Tampa.

Wild Wonderland: Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo reopens at 7 for the annual evening winter festival with holiday lights, live reindeer and penguins, Santa, a foamy snow alternative and free rides. $13 adults, $11 children.

St. Pete Beach Boat Parade: They will be singing Christmas carols, so grab some free hot chocolate and popcorn for the viewing party at 5:30 p.m. at St. Pete Beach Community Center and Horan Park in St. Pete Beach. Free.

Yo Gabba Gabba Live: The live show based on the popular Nickelodeon kids TV show uses retro, beat-driven music to teach simple life lessons at 3 and 6 p.m., Mahaffey Theater, 400 First St. S, St. Petersburg. $25–$45.
