Get Downtown: It's the first Friday of the month, so that means St. Pete's downtown will have a lively crowd for the monthly Get Downtown street party. In addition, there will be a free concert at Jannus Live, a triple bill featuring the tribute bands: Highway to Hell (AC/DC), Absolute Queen (Queen) and KISS America (KISS). The block party gets started at 5:30 p.m. at Second Street N and Central Avenue, and the concert starts at 8 p.m. at Jannus, 16 Second St. N.
