Hard Rock Cafe Founder's Day: Tampa's Hard Rock celebrates the opening of the first Hard Rock Cafe in London 41 years ago with live music by the Flats, film screenings, food and draft beer. It starts at 11 a.m. and runs until 2 a.m. at Hard Rock Cafe in Tampa. Free.

Rays on the Runway: This annual fashion show featuring Rays players and coaches benefits the Children's Dream Fund. It's at 6:30 p.m. at Marriott Hotel, 12600 Roosevelt Blvd., St. Petersburg. $125, $75 17 and younger. (727) 896-6390.
