On your radar: Jazz jams, high-flying comedy and a little Jungle Boogie

World Oceans Day at Florida Aquarium: Today is the worldwide celebration of what makes our big blue marble unique. The Florida Aquarium will celebrate with educational activities about responsible fishing and the importance of healthy coral reefs. There will also be Dr. Seuss giveaways, prizes and activities such as scavenger hunts and text message games while you're at the aquarium, 701 Channelside Drive, Tampa. Included with admission.

PJ Bond and Brian McGee: Folk/alt-country artists PJ Bond and Brian McGee will be performing live at 7 p.m. at the New World Brewery, 1313 E Eighth Ave., Tampa. Free.

Rick Gee's Jazz Jam: With Al "Coffee" McDaniel Blues Band catch the jazz jam at 8 p.m. at the Renaissance Vinoy Plaza Ballroom, 501 Fifth Ave. NE, St. Petersburg. $22, $17 students.

420 Comedy Tour: Four stand-up comics present a "420-friendly" comedy experience. If you don't get that stoner reference, Google it. Show is 21 and older only at 8 p.m., Improv Comedy Theater, 1600 E Eighth Ave., Tampa. $10–$12. (813) 864-4000;
