On your radar: Latin rhythms, beers for good cause and comedy at Side Splitters

Los Amigos Invisibles: Hailing from Venezuela, this internationally lauded and Latin Grammy-winning band fuses funk, disco and jazz with Latin rhythms. The Infinite Groove Orchestra opens at 8 p.m. at Crowbar, 1812 N 17th St., Tampa. $20.

Book signing: Author Mark Feldstein, who teaches media and public affairs at George Washington University, will give a talk and sign copies of his book Poisoning the Press: Richard Nixon, Jack Anderson and the Rise of Washington's Scandal Culture at 7 p.m. at Inkwood Books, 216 S Armenia Ave., Tampa. Flex Your Beer Drinking Muscles for MDA: Yuengling Brewing Co. hosts this event for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, aiming to raise $3,200 to send four children to MDA Summer Camp or serve an individual for an entire year. A $10 donation gets you three beers, a personal brewery tour, a silent auction and appetizers at 7 p.m. at 11111 N 30th St., Tampa.

Gary Gulman: The boyishly handsome Last Comic Standing alum was on Dane Cook's HBO road show Tourgasm and has stopped in at pretty much every late night show that features comics.
