On your radar: The Super Boat National Championship and festival in Clearwater, and Brad Paisley at the Gary

Blast Friday: The new season of this family-friendly block party launches with the Super Boat Parade and the Southern rock sounds of the Atlanta Rhythm Section. The parade kicks off the first day of the Super Boat National Championship and Festival, which starts at noon at Coachman Park in Clearwater. Blast Friday starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Cleveland Street District in Clearwater. Free. (727) 464-7200.

Capitol Classics Film Series Animal House: After Blast Friday, catch a screening of the quintessential college cult comedy. Show up in a toga for free admission; for all others it's $5. It's at 10 p.m. at Capitol Theatre, 405 Cleveland St., Clearwater. (727) 791-7400 .

The Price is Right Live!: During this stage version of the classic TV show, contestants from the audience can "come on down" and play games for the chance to win money and prizes.
