This annual extravaganza is put on by The 13 Ugly Men — definitely the guys you want to party with. Dress code is anything white — dresses, dinner jackets and, judging from previous years, lingerie. Included is a dinner buffet with tidbits like scallops wrapped in bacon, mini beef Wellingtons, sushi and more. All along the glowing poolside at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Dunedin Wine & Art Walk | Friday

Stroll along the quaint streets of Dunedin with your sweetie and pop into more than 30 merchants and galleries for discounts, giveaways and wine tastings. Music from Steve Arvey. It runs from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in downtown Dunedin and Pioneer Park. $10 wristbands.

Classy night out for parents

Starry Night | Friday

Reveal your romantic side with this Van Gogh-themed date-night party with samples of Van Gogh Vodka, hors d'oeuvres, private planetarium shows and a viewing of the IMAX film Van Gogh: Brush with Genius. It runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Museum of Science and Industry, 4801 E Fowler Ave., Tampa. 21 and older only; $30 or $50 couples. (813) 987-6000. If it's too soon in the relationship to be too serious, this is your last weekend to try the lighthearted fun of this off-Broadway musical spoof about a Christian boy band.
