On the Wind: The art exhibit, featuring the work of members of the North Tampa Arts League, opens with a reception from 7-10 p.m. at the Jacey Gallery, 4802 Gunn Highway, Suite 114. Passport to Paradise: This year's annual event offers a Saturday Night Lights football theme and includes food and drink, auctions, dancing, and televised sports from 6-10 p.m. at New Tampa Family YMCA, 16221 Compton Drive.
