Last Damn Show 12: See some of the top hip-hop and R&B artists like Gucci Mane, Nicki Minaj, Mystikal and John Blu starting at 6 p.m. at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa. $25-$60 and $150 for VIP. (813) 301-6900.

Hank Williams III: The scion of country legacy takes the stage with two sets, one country and one hard rock, starting at 7 p.m. at State Theatre, 687 Central Ave., St. Petersburg. $20. (727) 895-3045.

Dog swim day: The doggie paddle rules the pool for leash-free (and human-free) swim and play for dogs at Fossil Park Pool, 6739 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N, St. Petersburg. Three sessions at 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. are $5 each with proof of dog's current vaccinations.

I Like It Hot Festival: This 10th annual festival is going to make you sweat, with barbecue and other fiery foods, sauces to sample, a pepper-eating contest and an amateur hot sauce and salsa competition. Free parking, $5 for adults, free for children 12 and younger. There's live music starting at 10 a.m. Saturday and music and comedy starting at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Minnreg Building, 6340 126th Ave. N, Largo.

KIDS AND FAMILY

Sunset Cinema @ Pier 60: Pull up a blanket and watch Jumanji at a free showing on the beach. The movie starts at dusk at 10 Pier 60 Drive, Clearwater Beach. Concessions will be available, no alcohol is permitted.

TO WATCH

Little League World Series: U.S. Championship, 4 p.m., ABC: Watch to see which American team is likely to be defeated by a foreign country's youngsters in the next round.

The Wish List, 9 p.m., Hallmark: Jennifer Esposito meets a quality surgeon who is her dream guy, but is attracted to a loser who works in a coffee shop.

CONCERT NOTE

Ticket sales for the Papa Roach concert at Jannus Live on Oct. 2 have been delayed until Wednesday. Tickets are $23 in advance at the Detroit Liquors/Jannus Live box office; $27.50 through Ticketmaster.
