It starts today at 5:30 p.m. at Florida Botanical Gardens, 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo. $2, 11 and younger free. (727) 582-2100.

TO WATCH

Happy New Year, Charlie Brown, 8 p.m., ABC Charlie Brown is supposed to write a book report on War and Peace over Christmas break, but he was too busy putting on a pageant and a dance party to do his homework. You'd think in the 26 years since this once came out, he'd have figured out a new schedule.

Project Runway All Stars, 9 p.m., Lifetime The five surviving contestants have to create a look that will end up being sold by Elie Tahari. We're thinking more Dillard's than his boutiques.
