To watch

SEASON PREMIERE Burn Notice, 9 p.m., USA Michael gets in with a Panamanian drug lord and can't get out. Strange, we hear it's very easy to get through Panama.

Grey's Anatomy, 9 p.m., ABC Now that Cristina is friendly with the old guy, who wants to wager he'll be dead or retired by sweeps week? Yeah, that is a sucker's bet.

Beauty and the Beast, 9 p.m., CW Vincent is in the newspaper after being videotaped stopping a robbery, while an engagement announcement leads to a missing woman. Proof that newspapers matter!
