Things to do in Tampa Bay for the week of Nov. 5

Election Day: It's on Tuesday, if you haven't already voted. At least one place will reward your "I Voted" sticker: The Local 662 bar in St. Petersburg. Its Rock the Election has live music, plus a screen of election results and tweets. Free with sticker, $3 without.

Memphis Belle Bomber Tour: You can see the famous WWII vintage Boeing B-17 for free Saturday and Sunday at Tampa Executive Airport. Reservations required for rides, which cost $450. (918) 340-0243.

Date Night

Cirque du Soleil's 'Kooza:' This is not an arena show, but rather under the traveling Grand Chapiteau. The story of a loner opens to the public Friday with chair balancing, high wire, hoops manipulation and contortionists on the grounds of Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. $43.50-$143.50 adults; $33-$104.50 ages 2 to 12. Toll-free 1-800-450-1480.

Florida Orchestra: This is a doozy, with the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay performing in Vaughan Williams' Dona Nobis Pacem (Grant Us Peace) along with Dvorak's Symphony No. 7. Concerts are Friday at the Straz Center in Tampa, Saturday at Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg and Sunday at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. $15-$45. (727) 892-3337, toll free 1-800-662-7286.

LeAnn Rimes has become a tabloid queen, but don't forget her powerful pipes Friday at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater ($45-$75; (727) 791-7400). Also at Ruth Eckerd Hall is Glenn Frey, of Eagles fame and solo hits Smuggler's Blues and The Heat Is On, on Saturday ($59.50-$125). At the Mahaffey Theater on Friday is Weezer, with awkward power-pop leader Rivers Cuomo [$29.50-$99; (727) 892-5798].

Kids and Family

Ribfest: The saucy fest with award-winning ribbers features live music, including Buddy Guy (Friday), Heart with Shawn Colvin (Saturday) and Colt Ford and Montgomery Gentry (Sunday). There's also a family zone, all at Vinoy Park along St. Petersburg's waterfront. $16 advance, $20 at gate, children 12 and younger free. (727) 528-3828. ribfest.org.

Tap Dogs: It's extreme tap dancing. The group performs on a faux construction site, where they tap on water, while hanging upside down and even on ladders. Thursday at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg. $25.50-$59.50. (727) 892-5798.

Tampa Bay Home Show: The Trop in St. Petersburg will be stuffed with more than 600 exhibits related to Florida homes, plus demos and giveaways. It's free Friday through Sunday. Visit tampabayhomeshows.com.
