'Mary Poppins': The musical based on the 1964 Disney film and P.L. Travers books has a few new songs thrown in. How supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Previews are 2 and 7:30 p.m. Thursday, with the opening at 8 p.m. Friday at the Straz Center in Tampa. $18.50-$83. (813) 229-7827.

Fifth Annual Pride & Passion: In this kickoff event for June's Gay Pride Month, the Tampa Museum of Art will showcase several special exhibitions, including Jesper Just: Romantic Delusions. Hors d'oeuvres, beverages and live entertainment at 8 p.m. Friday at the museum, 120 Gasparilla Plaza. $75. (813) 421-8370.

Date Night

Comedy: Zane Lamprey is a cult hero for his drinking-around-the-world show Three Sheets, but is he funny? Classic James Bond: The Florida Orchestra will play hits from Goldfinger, From Russia with Love, Live and Let Die and more. Don't forget to stop for a martini. Shows are 8 p.m. Friday at the Straz in Tampa, 8 p.m. Saturday at the Mahaffey in St. Petersburg and 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. $20-$67.

Summer Safari Nights: Lowry Park Zoo stays open late Friday with free unlimited rides from 5 to 8:30 p.m. You'll also get special animal encounters, food and drink. Included with zoo admission: $20.95, $18.95 seniors, $15.95 ages 3-11, 2 and younger no charge. 1101 W Sligh Ave., Tampa.
