Things to do Monday, Nov. 10

What's going on this week

If you're suffering from a case of the Mondays, there is only one known cure: Get on your feet and dance.

Dancing With The Stars: No, the show isn't tonight, but tickets for the touring version of ABC's hugely popular reality competition go on sale at all Ticketmaster outlets. Get up close with cabaret-style VIP seating on the floor or catch every angle from two giant, high-definition TVs. Sure, Lance Bass, Toni Braxton and Maurice Greene from Season 7 all have the moves, but it doesn't hurt to be backed up by a 10-piece band and some of the world's best professional dancers. The show is Jan. 22 at the St. Pete Times Forum, 401 Channelside Drive. To order tickets by phone, call (813) 287-8844 or (727) 898-2100. $52.25, $67.75, $97.75 and $127.75.

The Black Crowes: It's been a long time since they burst onto the scene with 1990's Shake Your Money Maker, but any act is going to get you up out of your seats and boogying down, it's the Crowes. Their latest album, Warpaint, serves up blues-flavored rock anthems as well as anything they've done before. We're not sure how the long-hair and tie-dye crowd will take to the seating at Ruth Eckerd Hall, but it's sure to be a party. 8 p.m. today. 1111 McMullen-Booth Road, Clearwater. (727) 791-7400. $37.50.

Cobra Starship: Synthpop? Dance-rock? Electro-punk? Whatever you want to call their music, it's got a big beat and endless hooks. Sure, most of their fans likely fall into the Hot Topic crowd, but the band features an actual keytar player, so they earn style points for that one. And if they sound just a tiny bit familiar ... Yup, they recorded the song Bring It (Snakes On A Plane) from, duh, Snakes On A Plane. 6 p.m. Tue. Jannus Landing, 16 2nd St. N, St. Petersburg. (727) 896-2276. $15 advance, $17 day of.

So You Think You Can Dance Tour 2008: While that other show has celebrities, this one on Fox features the Top 11 'real world' dancers who made their way from nerve-wracking auditions to the big show. See Chelsie H, Comfort, Courtney G, Katee, Kherington, Gev, Mark, Twitch, Will and Season 4 winner Joshua as they finish off the final scheduled performance of the fall tour. You'll have to keep dancing until next week though. The show is 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 17 at the St. Pete Times Forum. $32.25-$51.75.
