Festival of States Family Fest: The longtime festival has merged with the Honda Grand Prix for a night parade and family event at St. Petersburg's North Straub Park that ends in fireworks. It's free to get in, but some activities require tickets costing $1 each, or unlimited wristband for $10. It starts at 5 p.m. today, and the parade starts at 7. Watch for driver Ryan Briscoe as the grand marshal. See for a schedule.


Grey's Anatomy, 9 p.m., ABC: Finally, they're phasing out this totally unconvincing relationship between Callie and Arizona. And, oh, right: Hunt had shell shock, the writers suddenly remember.

30 Rock, 9:30 p.m., NBC: Jason Sudeikis' Floyd is back in town with big news. Is it that it was him that Liz was actually talking to in the dentist's office?

• The Tarpon Springs Fine Arts Festival on the Bayou is at Craig Park on Spring Bayou in Tarpon Springs, at the west end of Tarpon Avenue.
