Festival of States Family Fest: The longtime festival has merged with the Honda Grand Prix for a night parade and family event at St. Petersburg's North Straub Park that ends in fireworks. It's free to get in, but some activities require tickets costing $1 each, or unlimited wristband for $10. It starts at 5 p.m. today, and the parade starts at 7.
