Visit a DQ Not that we need much to convince us to eat ice cream, but if you order an Oreo Blizzard at your local Dairy Queen today, you're helping kids in need. It's Miracle Treat Day and all proceeds will benefit the local Children's Miracle Network hospital. Gosh, it's almost our duty to scarf it up for the kids.

Tampa Bay Tech Jam Ken Block and Drew Copeland of Sister Hazel headline this year's Tech Jam, a fundraiser for the Tampa Bay Technology Forum Foundation, which helps make technology available to students. The event starts at 6 p.m., with the concert at 8:30 p.m. at the St. Pete Times Forum, 401 Channelside Drive, Tampa. Tickets are $35-$50. (813) 301-2500.

Dali & Beyond Film Series The fabulous movie Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, from director Pedro Almodovar and starring Antonio Banderas, is on the bill in the Dali Museum's series on features films by and about women, in connection with exhibit "Women: Dali's View." Coheed and Cambria Comic book and sci-fi geeks Coheed and Cambria make theatrical prog rock hip (sort of). Behind a galactic puff of hair, frontman Claudio Sanchez delivers distinctly high vocals.
