Kiwanis Morton Plant Mease Midnight Run This is a beautiful run across the candlelit Dunedin Causeway. The annual 5K, 10K and 1-mile run/walk will have 700 luminarias along the course. The 1 mile starts at 11 tonight, followed by 5K at 11:25 p.m. and 10K at 12:15 a.m. Friday to benefit Kiwanis Club charities. 2600 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin. Rising Star Talent Competition This competition at Ferg's Sports Bar for singers, musicians, dancers, comedians and novelty acts is hosted by Jimmy Danelli, who has appeared in the television sitcoms Ellen, Welcome Back Kotter.
