Georgia's cult brewery SweetWater has entered the Tampa market, and to celebrate it has joined forces with Dunedin's 7venth Sun Brewery to concoct Hand Shandy, a high-gravity biere de garde brewed with black pepper, lemon zest and "dry hopped" with lemon verbena. Sound deelish? You can try the new beer today at the Craft Beer and Crab Festival hosted by Olde Bay Café at Edgewater Park in Dunedin from 2 to 10 p.m. Additional SweetWater and 7venth Sun beers will be flowing, as well as the Dunedin Brewery, Tampa Bay Brewing, Cigar City Brewing and several other local brews, all paired with some of the season's first stone crabs and live music from Moonlight Graham and the Black Honkeys. — Laura Reiley, Times food critic
