Readers often ask for the list of the foods recommended by our panelists, so we present our "winners" a couple of times a year. We rank the foods on a scale from 1 to 100, with 100 being the best. This year, none of the foods have made our Taster's Choice Hall of Fame, scoring 90 points or higher, although some kettle chips and brownie mixes came pretty close. Store brands continue to score high in our surveys as well. An added feature this year are the new foods we have sampled. Along with comparing like products, we have been trying foods new on the market and giving our opinions rather than a score.
