Free hugs in downtown St. Pete Saturday

Get ready to get hugged if you are in downtown St. Petersburg Saturday because the city has embraced International Hugging Day in a big way. Volunteer huggers will be lining the streets at hugging stations throughout downtown. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., huggers will be dotted along Beach Drive and Central Avenue as well as at the Saturday Morning Market, adorned in Keep Saint Petersburg Local T-shirts and holding "Free Hugs" signs.
