Two waterfront condos are open weekends this month as designer show houses to benefit Bayfront Medical Center and All Children's Hospital, both in St. Petersburg.

Later this month they will be auctioned and part of the proceeds will benefit the hospitals.

One condo, designed by Classic Elegance Interiors of Clearwater, is a second-floor unit at the 12-unit Redington Grand, 17000 Gulf Blvd. N, Redington Beach. Units typically have about 5,000 square feet of air-conditioned space and are priced in excess of $2-million.

The other, designed by Home Signature Designs of Tampa, is a third-floor unit at the 20-unit Catalina Grand, 11525 Gulf Blvd., Treasure Island. Units typically have 4,000 square feet of air-conditioned space and sell for $1-million to $3-million.

They are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays and Sundays and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays through May 16. Tickets are $15, available at the hospitals' gift shops and six Bayfront Convenient Care clinics.

On May 17 the Redington unit will be auctioned at 11 a.m. and the Catalina at 2 p.m.

For information call the Bayfront Health Foundation at (727) 893-6148.
