From the archives: A St. Petersburg history photo quiz

Here are two aerial photos of downtown St. Petersburg, one from 1949 and one from 1957. The bottom photo was used to create a photo illustration for a 1957 story about a new building being proposed for downtown. The photo illustration was created by placing labels on the hardcopy photograph (labels which I, for the most part, have blanked out).

Your challenge: Figure out what the buildings are that have the yellowed-out labels.

I'll post the original 1957 photo illustration tomorrow morning, so you can see how well you did. Have fun!
