Anyone who gets queasy being near anything that slithers or crawls might want to avoid the Florida State Fairground this weekend.
The third Tampa Repticon show — featuring gators, lizards, snakes and all manner of scaly creatures — runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
It will boast more than 80 reptile-esque vendors, and show slots feature experts who will take turns educating eventgoers on critters such as geckos, poisonous frogs, serpents and endangered crocodiles, to name a few.
One-day tickets are only available for purchase at the event and run $10 for adults, $5 for kids, and free for children ages 4 and under. Two-day tickets are also available at the door, costing $15 for adults and $5 for kids.
VIP tickets can be purchased on the event's website.
