Five Pasco-Hernando Community College students were nominated to the 2013 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) All-Florida Academic Team. Jessica Roubert of Port Richey was named to the first team. Second team members include Jennifer Creamer-White of Lakeland; Terrencia Iles and Jessica Johnston of Wesley Chapel and Bryana Perkins of Spring Hill.

The 2013 team includes 122 students representing Florida's state, community and junior colleges and one independent college.

The All-Florida Academic Team is selected based on academic achievement, leadership and community service. Students were honored at an April 9 awards ceremony at Daytona State College in Daytona Beach.

Sponsors of the All-USA Academic Team competition include USA Today and the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
