LiLo may be charged in theft
It may actually happen: Lindsay Lohan may end up in prison. TMZ says she's going to be charged with felony grand theft this morning, and that would not only be a major conviction, it would be a clear violation of her parole, sending her to the cooler for sure. The site says LiLo will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Left Coast time on charges she swiped a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store. Lohan denies the charges, of course. Meanwhile TMZ also reports she's in consideration for a role in the next Superman movie. Eh, it wasn't for Lois Lane, anyway, so it'll be no big loss when she doesn't get it.
Staff wants help for Christina
We've long suspected Christina Aguilera is having a breakdown, what with her pending divorce from Jordan Bratman, the failure of album Bionic, the bombing film Burlesque, a rumored drunken stumblefest at Jeremy Renner's birthday party and most recently flubbing the Star-Spangled Banner at the Super Bowl. Now the New York Post's Page Six says her staff was planning an intervention. It never happened because when Xtina found out about it, she threatened to fire them all. "They wanted to talk to her carefully about the issue, but they're not going to because they are scared after she threatened to fire them," a source told the Post. "Her people desperately want this to come out so she will get help."
Olivia Wilde is now single
That skintight suit in Tron: Legacy was the final straw for Olivia Wilde's marriage. The 26-year-old is separating from her husband of eight years, filmmaker and Italian prince Tao Ruspoli. Wait, she was married? The actress' rep confirms the news to Us, which was news to us. Apparently this is how we have to learn the back story: An 18-year-old Olivia married Ruspoli, the son of the late Italian prince Dado Ruspoli, six months after meeting him. They got hitched in an abandoned school bus in rural Virginia, the mag clarifies. What a cute story! If only they had stayed together.
Cynthia Nixon's girl has boy
Sex And The City's Cynthia Nixon and partner Christine Marinoni have announced the birth of their son, People reports (Christine carried him, by the way). Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni was born Monday. He will join his siblings Samantha (Cynthia's 14-year-old daughter, not Kim Cattrall's character) and Charles, 8. Both of them were fathered by Cynthia's ex-boyfriend, Danny Mozes. We don't know who Max's dad is, because no one is saying. "Christine and baby are doing great," Nixon's rep tells the mag. This is the first child for Cynthia, 44, and Christine, 43, who have been together since 2004 and got engaged in 2009.
