FRIDAY

The Job, 8 p.m., CBS Five people battle over the job of spa manager for a resort chain. It's only a matter of time before McDonald's hires employees by letting candidates fight to the death.

Nikita, 8 p.m., CW The director of the CIA is killed after learning about Madeline Pierce's connection to Division. Well, if there's anyone who could keep the reason behind an assassination a secret, it would be them.

Shark Tank, 9 p.m., ABC A man wants to find financial backing for his camouflage clothing line for hunters. Unfortunately, none of the investors could see it happening.

Ghost Adventures, 9 p.m., Travel The trio travel to New Orleans to explore some of the various haunted legends. This episode is curiously timed so it airs after Mardi Gras, we notice.

SEASON FINALE CSI: NY, 9 p.m., CBS Cops shoot an unarmed man. That one has to smart for the LAPD right now.

SERIES PREMIERE Out There, 10:30 p.m., IFC An animated adventure into the yawning abyss of a 1980s high school. Hey, John Hughes is dead, so someone has to do this.

SATURDAY

SEASON PREMIERE Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?, 9 p.m., WEtv It's been three seasons already. Can we please drop the question mark?

End of the World, 9 p.m., Syfy To be fair, every Syfy Saturday night movie could be titled this, but tonight we have plasma rain. That's rain that turns the city into ash. Our North Face raincoat won't help that much this time.

Film Independent Spirit Awards, 10 p.m., IFC It's the indie Oscars. You know, a little bit rougher, a little bit edgier, a little bit more ignorable. Andy Samberg hosts, to prove that last point.

SUNDAY

The Oscars, 8:30 p.m., ABC If there's one thing having Seth MacFarlane host tells us, it's that there will be endless pop culture references and musical numbers. Okay, that's two things, but this time the musical numbers will be full of pop culture references.

Girls, 9 p.m., HBO Hannah and Jessa visit Jessa's dad and his girlfriend, giving them a double dose of the reality of adult love. But instead of stopping their complaints about not being able to find the perfect mate, it will probably only increase their griping.

The Walking Dead, 9 p.m., AMC The prison gang is headed into a full-blown war with Woodbury. Somebody want to tell us where everyone is getting all these bullets?
