On TV this weekend
Kitchen Nightmares, 8 p.m., Fox Gordon yells at the owners of a Providence, R.I., eatery called DownCity — mostly about how the place needs a name change.
Beast Hunter, 9 p.m., NatGeo Pat Spain heads to the Amazon to find a one-eyed monster called the mapinguari. Don't worry, Pat; if it finds you, it'll still have a hard time judging how far away you are.
Coming to America, 10 p.m., Cinemax Because it's Friday night and this is still one of the best comedies to come out in the past 23 years.
ABC Special: Rascal Flatts, 9 p.m., ABC In case you couldn't get to their concert in St. Paul, Minn., ABC brings the show to you. Now, with more Natasha Bedingfield!
Battle of Los Angeles, 9 p.m., SyFy For those of you who don't want to pay $10 to see Battle: Los Angeles, a flick about aliens invading L.A. that has no-name actors and blew its budget on special effects, there's always this alternative, a flick about aliens invading L.A. that has no-name actors and no money in its budget for special effects.
Norm Macdonald: Me Doing Stand-Up, 11 p.m., Comedy Central You can watch this for a half-hour, and if it's not funny, you can always switch over to Zach Galifianakis hosting Saturday Night Live for a second time.
The Simpsons, 8 p.m., Fox Tonight's guest voices: Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong. No, this show isn't out of ideas. Not at all.
CSI: Miami, 10 p.m., CBS Apparently there's a hunt club in which the prey its members track down is human. We hear the annual dues are a killer.
