On TV this weekend

Shark Tank, 8 p.m., ABC A woman has a line of accessories allowing you to turn any pair of shoes into boots. That'll look great with a pair of Crocs.

Grimm, 9 p.m., NBC A woman dies after her stepdaughter loses everything in a Ponzi scheme. She wasn't married to the owner of the New York Mets, was she?

SERIES PREMIERE Goldfathers, 10 p.m., NatGeo Another show about gold mining in Alaska. Gold Rush must not have been enough for all those rabid Alaska fans.

SERIES FINALE In Plain Sight, 10 p.m., USA Something happens to Mary Shannon, but an unhappy reader doesn't want us to tell you what it is. So just watch and find out, already.

Treasure Island, 7 p.m., SyFy Elijah Wood, Eddie Izzard and Donald Sutherland star in a two-part adaptation of the swashbuckler. We can't decide if this means SyFy's production values are ascendant, or this trio's careers are in the gutter.

2012 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, 9 p.m., HBO Looking to see a Guns N' Roses reunion? Too bad. Maybe he's afraid he's going to eat Duff and Slash.

Saturday Night Live, 11:30 p.m., NBC New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning will be the host, once again relying on a cast of mediocre performers to step up and nab his normally uncatchable passes. We'll be expecting another parade at 1 a.m., then.

SEASON FINALE The Amazing Race, 8 p.m., CBS One team wins $1 million. Which team? Oh, we learned our lesson after revealing Mary Shannon's fate on In Plain Sight.

SEASON PREMIERE Sherlock, 9 p.m. (check local listings), PBS More modern-day Holmes escapades, featuring lots of text messages and Internet research. But really, the Calabash pipe just doesn't fit the mold.

The Comedy Awards, 9 p.m., Comedy Central You know what's funny? The idea of an awards show that's both entertaining and gets right to the point.

SEASON FINALE GCB, 10 p.m., ABC Sandra Bernhard is a guest star, all but sounding the death knell for this bubble show. Will it be back next season? Better start praying.
