On TV this weekend

FRIDAY

National Geographic Photographers: The Best Job in the World, 8 p.m., NatGeo How the photogs do what they do. The network may be a little biased in its description.

The Neighbors, 8:30 p.m., ABC Jackie's worried her friendship with Debbie is in trouble, so she takes her to a salon for a makeover. Because nothing says you like your friends just the way they are like telling them to change everything about how they look.

America's Next Top Model, 9 p.m., CW Two of the models are too afraid to take photos at the zoo with leopards and snakes. All these years in, and people refuse to do things? That should be an instant disqualification. Enough of this garbage.

Strike Back, 10 p.m., Cinemax Scott and Stonebridge want to protect Ester like they said they would, but, hey, they work for the government. Who's going to pay the overtime?

SATURDAY

Signed, Sealed, Delivered, 9 p.m., Hallmark Eric Mabius from Ugly Betty is in charge of a team that deals with lost letters. Yeah, like the post office even has such a department.

Pearl Jam Twenty, 10 p.m., VH1 A Pearl Jam documentary by Cameron Crowe. This is a regular '90s-splosion. Bring your flannel.

SERIES PREMIERE Vanilla Ice Goes Amish, 10 p.m., DIY This Mad Lib of a TV show is about Robbie Van Winkle moving to an Amish community to work on a construction crew that doesn't use electricity. Let's see you renovate houses now, white boy.

SUNDAY

SEASON PREMIERE America's Funniest Home Videos, 7 p.m., ABC The show celebrates 24 years. One more and they get a free crotch shot!

SEASON PREMIERE The Walking Dead, 9 p.m., AMC The fourth season of this once-great zombiefest turns into a real hate-watcher as the combined colonies begin farming in the prison yard. 1) Who is mowing all the grass? 2) Who brought all the seeds? 3) Y'all know it's only a chain-link fence, right? And that there's a hole in the wall? Because that's not the only hole in this show.
