On TV tonight

American Idol, 8 p.m., Fox Finally, we're on the last round of auditions, this time in Denver. And it brought Posh Spice back! It needs to British up the cast as much as possible before Simon leaves, you know.

SEASON FINALE Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal, 9 p.m., A&E Eleven-year-old girls don't need to have psychic powers to be creepy. Not after watching Stanley Kubrick's version of The Shining, anyway.

SEASON PREMIERE Lost, 9 p.m., ABC We find out what happened after that hydrogen bomb went off in this series' final season. For those who have no idea what that means, don't worry, the intolerable self-congratulating all your friends do is almost over.

SEASON PREMIERE 19 Kids and Counting, 9 p.m., TLC We start another season with the Duggars by seeing how having that many kids can be a problem, with the latest being born way premature and barely surviving. But luckily for TLC, it ends up okay.

SERIES PREMIERE The Michael Vick Project, 10 p.m., BET Seriously, Michael Vick: We're tired of hearing about you and your dogs. Go away.
