On TV tonight
SEASON PREMIERE Frontline/World. 9 p.m., PBS Right after President Obama announced Guantanamo Bay's detention center would be closed, this news magazine reports about several dozen men from rural China who were held there. Nip/Tuck, 10 p.m., FX What is it with surgeons always sleeping with each other? Would someone familiar with this stuff please e-mail us and let us know if docs really are this incestuous?
SERIES PREMIERE Toddlers and Tiaras, 10 p.m. Don't quite think pageant kids are mentally ruined yet? This show will take care of that little problem.
SEASON PREMIERE Baldwin Hills, 10 p.m., BET Three seasons strong, with the typical plot devices: feuds, pregnancy and banishment (although not all to the same person).
