On TV tonight
SEASON PREMIERE Human Target, 8 p.m., Fox A billionaire philanthropist and a master thief join the team. That sounds like a really one-sided combination.
MINISERIES FINALE Circus, 9 p.m., PBS Some of the younger members consider leaving the show as the performers do two shows a day in Stateside. What, and leave all this PBS-chronicled glory?
Finding Hulk Hogan, 10 p.m., A&E A one-hour special examining the wrestler's life after a tumultuous couple of years. Hint: He's in California.
SEASON FINALE Top Chef: Just Desserts, 10 p.m., Bravo Now that the first season of this show is over, maybe Bravo can think about forcing Top Chef to acknowledge good cooks can make desserts, too.
