On TV tonight
America's Next Top Model, 8 p.m., CW Now that Clark and Lauren Brie are gone, all we're left with is beautiful control freak Elina, whose bisexual bent seems to have disappeared somewhere around Episode 3. Don't count out awkward Marjorie, either, because they always pick people we don't think should win.
Dog the Bounty Hunter, 9 p.m., A&E It's a Halloween episode, which leads us to wonder just how long the lead time for this show really is. But the series rolls over the odo on Episode 100, so shoot off some fireworks or something.
Presidential Debate, 9 p.m., CBS Bob Schieffer plays ringmaster to the third and final debate, which we declare a draw, because all the partisan pundits automatically call it for their candidate anyway.
SEASON FINALE Project Runway, 9 p.m., Bravo Heidi Klum plays ringmaster for the season's final episode, which we declare a draw, because all the contestants call it for themselves anyway.
SERIES PREMIERE Chocolate News, 10:30 p.m., Comedy Central Remember David Alan Grier? He was on that show In Living Color way back with some white guy named Jim Carrey. Now he's got a fake news show. What, Stewart and Colbert aren't enough?
