MONDAY

SERIES PREMIERE Booze Traveler, 10 p.m., Travel

It's the premiere of a new show about a guy, former bartender Jack Maxwell, who literally gets to drink on the job. He travels the globe in search of interesting drinks and the even more interesting people who drink them. This week, he goes to Turkey, a nation that's deeply divided on alcohol. But in the working-class neighborhood of Besiktas, citizens drink it defiantly. We're already hooked.

The Voice, 8 p.m., NBC

The top 10 singers perform, then two are sent home the following night, and we continue to fall deeper in love with Pharrell's wisdom and Gwen Stefani's wardrobe.

Sleepy Hollow, 9 p.m., Fox

The Headless Horseman wants to stop Ichabod and Abbie before they can locate the powerful Sword of Methuselah, which is capable of destroying Moloch. Um, English, please?

TUESDAY

MasterChef Junior, 8 p.m., Fox

Just keep in mind, when you're struggling with the big meal on Thursday, that these 9-year-olds can make restaurant-worthy dishes. Oh, that doesn't make you feel better? Sorry.

SEASON FINALE Dancing With the Stars, 9 p.m., ABC

Alert, DWTS fans! There's a special Tuesday episode of the show this week because it's the finale. A winning couple is crowned after two hours of stalling.

New Girl, 9 p.m., Fox

Schmidt has potentially the worst and best idea for a new kind of Thanksgiving dinner: The one where everyone brings a blind date for someone else! Oh, this should be good.

WEDNESDAY

The Making of Peter Pan Live!, 8 p.m., NBC

Are you excited about NBC's live production of the musical Peter Pan? Because they really, really want you to be. So they're giving us this TWO-HOUR behind-the-scenes look at how it all gets put together, in the hopes that we will cut these hardworking show biz people some slack when the real thing on Dec. 4 inevitably disappoints.

Come on Charlie, have a little self-respect: Don't try to kick that football this year.

Planes, Trains and Automobiles, 8 p.m., CW

This John Hughes classic from the '80s that pairs John Candy and Steve Martin in a stroke of comic genius is the perfect Thanksgiving Eve movie.

Property Brothers at Home, 9 p.m., HGTV

Because this is a week for family togetherness, the Property Brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott attempt to makeover a place they share in Las Vegas before a big Scott family reunion.

When Turkeys Attack, 10 p.m., Destination America

This new holiday special explores what happens when these cranky birds turn on the people trying to slaughter them for Thanksgiving. In case you wanted a dose of terror before your nice feast.

An Internet meme becomes a live-action holiday feature, which proves Lifetime will make a movie out of literally anything.
