As a shallow, moderately attractive man, I'm incredibly jealous of the superheroic handsome powers of the Iglesias family, father Julio and son Enrique especially. The Spanish brood is like the Incredibles of good-looking people. I've often wondered if, when hanging out together, Iglesias & Son make bets on who can seduce someone the fastest. After the mark is set (say, the stunner in the red dress, leaning against the bar), they exchange really suave trash talk. "Enrique, my silly boy," Julio purrs, "you are dealing with an adversary far beyond your measure. Please, step aside while Papa pitches the woo." After Julio captures Red Dress' heart and phone number, Enrique chortles lightly then drops the bomb on his old man. "You have bested me this time, Father. But remember, it is I who performs a nightly duet with Anna Kournikova, while you famously duet with Willie Nelson. Ha! Ha! Off I go into the night!" Julio smiles proudly and pats Enrique on the head: "Well played, pepito. Well played."

With notebook in hand, I'll be paying close attention Friday when Enrique gives a tutorial in seduction as part of the Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Fiesta, the second night of an all-star throwdown. Other performers at the Latin-flavored show include Belanova and reggaeton act Angel y Khriz.
