Dear Hot Moms of Tampa Bay: You know I dig you, right? When you drive by me at the bus stop in your Honda Odyssey, I see you singing along to all those hits from the '80s. Don't you want me, baby? Of course I do. But here's the problem, HMOTB. We're about to have a falling out. Because in good conscience, I cannot recommend Bon Jovi's April 17 show at the St. Pete Times Forum as one of this month's top concert picks. The last time JBJ was here, your hunky, hairy Jersey Boy phoned it in so bad, the tour sponsor should have been AT&T. But tell you what, ladies: Although JBJ is out, I'll throw in Jimmy Buffett and his Coral Reefers instead. Buy you a margarita, mamacita?

OF MONTREAL (Ritz Ybor, Thursday) In this Athens, Ga.-based indie outfit, scrawny white singer Kevin Barnes channels the energy of a cross-dressing black soul singer named Georgie Fruit. It's sort of like the Ohio Players meets a college grad who's way too defensive about his useless poli-sci major. Or maybe it's sort of like Michael Stipe if he had any semblance of coolness. Whoa! That's right, R.E.M. fans, I just brought it. What? You going to hit me with your anthology of Sylvia Plath poems? Haha. Suckers. (

RYAN SHAW (Vinoy Waterfront Park, Saturday) The Tampa Bay Blues Festival has three sweaty, sexy, rump-bumpin' days of übercool acts this year, Bettye Lavette, Cedric Burnside and Jimmie Vaughan included. But you'll need to up your cardio to keep pace with Ryan Shaw, an incandescent throwback to the 1,000 dances of Mr. Wilson Pickett. Shaw plays at 4:30 p.m. Grab a Red Bull and Do the 45. (

COLBIE CAILLAT (Ruth Eckerd Hall, April 17) I'd like to help my young male readers out there. Listen up, gents: Caillat's show just happens to be on the same night as Bon Jovi's at the Forum. This means that while all the Hot Moms of Tampa Bay are dealing in Bad Medicine, the Hot Daughters of Tampa Bay will be at this singer-songwriter's Bubbly lil' show of frothy, catchy Malibu ruminations. Curfews are all screwed up tonight, lads. Make me proud. (

NEIL SEDAKA (Ruth Eckerd Hall, April 18) So sue me: I dig the Hot Grandmoms of Tampa Bay, too! Sing with me, HGOTB! "Don't take your love away from me …" (www.ruth

JIMMY BUFFETT (Ford Amphitheatre, April 24) I rarely pass up an opportunity to annoy Parrotheads. You'd think Buffett fans would be all mellow and tequila-flushed, but they're more defensive than those squawking Michael Buble fans. Nevertheless, I feel like celebrating ol' Jimmy, who turns 64 this year. Despite the fact that his latest album is a full-on stinkeroo, JB still has a great catalog. In fact, during a recent trip to Miami, I cued up the entirety of 1989's Off to See the Lizard — and I loved it. Now about that margarita, ladies … (
