Progress Energy Art Gallery, at 6231 Grand Blvd. in New Port Richey, will have a reception from 6 to 9 p.m. today to celebrate the opening of two March exhibits, "Somewhere Out There," with the works of 19 artists and the art of George Holmberg. Plus photographs by Pasco eSchool students. After going to the gallery, visitors can stroll to Railroad Square (between Nebraska and Missouri avenues) for the Fresh Friday Night Downtown Farmers Market.
