If it's Shakespeare you want, Hudson's Hat Trick Theatre has it all, through July 18

Three guys, one dead playwright, 37 plays and 154 sonnets. All in 90 minutes. Titus Andronicus as a cooking show. Othello as a rap song. All the comedies combined into one. The shortest performance ever of Hamlet, at 43 seconds.

Many people consider The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) the funniest play they've ever seen, and now Hat Trick Theatre is staging it in Hudson. Steve Fisher, Paul McColgan and Jon Cho are the Shakespeareans, directed by Jack Holloway. The show opens Friday and runs through July 18 at Dempsey Arts Center, 13651 Hays Road, Hudson. 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m. Sunday. $9, $15. "Industry night'' performance for artists and students is "pay what you can'' at 8 p.m. July 12. (727) 857-2604; ed-pac.org.
