Museum of Fine Arts recital to feature violinist and pianist

Violinist Maria Bachmann, below, and pianist Natalie Zhu will give a recital at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Marly Room of the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg. Their program includes sonatas of Brahms, Enescu and Ravel plus John Corigliano's Red Violin Chaconne. Bachmann is artistic director of the Telluride MusicFest in Colorado, and Paul Moravec's 2004 Pulitzer Prize-winning work, Tempest Fantasy, was composed for her chamber group, Trio Solisti.
