During March you can adopt any adult kitty — like Pepper (ID No. 1517768), a 3-year-old, neutered, chocolate flame-point/Siamese cat that's litter trained, sweet and handsome — for just $20 at Hillsborough County Animal Services. If you prefer a dog, consider Rascal (ID No. 1511771), a puppy with a face that says it all. He's impossibly cute, precocious, fresh from foster care and ready to go home.
