I f you're itching to see Back to the Future again on the big screen, there's no need to build a time machine out of a DeLorean. And we really recommend against driving 88 miles per hour to get to the theater; that's not a flux capacitor under your hood. AMC Theatres is bringing back the Michael J. Fox classic flick this weekend to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Forty cities across the country will host special screenings of the movie; several Tampa Bay theaters are on the list. Not in the mood to travel back to 1955 with Marty McFly (and hundreds of '80s geeks all screaming out the memorable quotes during the movie)? Then you can look forward to a special 25th anniversary Blu-ray DVD edition of the Back to the Future trilogy, set for release Tuesday. The DVDs will include making-of documentaries, audio commentaries and more than a dozen deleted scenes (including some with actor Eric Stoltz, who was cast as Marty before Fox took over).
