Why? The Food and Drug Administration is urging consumers to continue watching recalls lists for products with peanut butter. Some products have been linked to salmonella contamination. Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Officials said most peanut butter sold in jars at grocery stores appears to be safe.

Lexus vehicles

Why? Some fuels could corrode the surface of the fuel rails, causing a leakage and possibly a fire.

What models? 2006-2008 Lexus IS, 2006-2007 GS and 2007-2008 LS passenger vehicles equipped with aluminum fuel delivery pipes.

Why? A defect could cause a foam pad near the seat belt to ignite during collisions.

Why? The sleepwear fails to meet the federal children's sleepwear flammability standard.

What models? Skateboard-themed boy's pajama sets Boards Estate (item # TH005LSB), Heathen Skull (item #TH006BSB), Backspray (item #TH007GSB) and Stix Jester (item #TH008RSB). The name of the product and item number are sewn in the neck and pant. The items were sold in sizes 4 to 14.

Why? The lettering on the pouch used with the manicure kit contains excess levels of lead.

What models? This recall involves the pouch that contains the High School Musical manicure kit. The 7-1/2 inch by 4-3/4 inch plastic see-through pouch has a pink zipper with High School Musical printed in yellow gold with glitter and Sharpay printed in dark red on one side.

The Home Sweet Playhome model made of 100 percent cotton gingham fabric draped from a bamboo hoop, which is suspended from the ceiling to create a cylindrical play space measuring 36 inches wide and 9 feet tall. The canopies have an open bottom, a door and three multi-paned windows. They were sold in blue and pink. The Land of Nod is printed on a woven label on the canopy.

The recalled models include: CycleOps Pro Series Trainer models 9014 (SuperMagneto Pro), 9331 (JetFluid Pro), 9460 (PowerBeam Pro), 9321 (JetFluid Pro Winter Training Kit) and 9322 (SuperMagneto Pro Winter Training Kit) without the secondary locking pin.
