Rihanna warns girls of abuse

Singer Rihanna finally spoke out on her abusive relationship with Chris Brown on Good Morning America on Thursday, telling Diane Sawyer she wanted other women to avoid being blinded by love when they are being battered. And whatever you do, don't go back to the creep. "It's completely normal to go back. You start lying to yourself," the 20-year-old singer said. "I'll say that to any young girl who is going through domestic violence: 'Don't react off of love.' " Rihanna said she was ashamed to go back to him after the attack, to which he pleaded guilty to felony assault: "That's embarrassing — that's the type of person I fell in love with. So far in love, so unconditional, that I went back. That's not what I want to teach people." The interview, parts of which will be this morning's GMA and 20/20 (watch part of it at blogs.tampabay.com/juice), is her first since the February attack.

'Twilight' co-stars shack up

Yeah, yeah, we know all about how Twilight co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart aren't really together; he even promised as much in a Vanity Fair interview. But then why were they seen spending the night together at Hollywood's infamous Chateau Marmont, huh? Huh?!? A source tells Us that the droopy-eyed couple ducked into the hotel/nightclub and didn't emerge until the next morning, when they scarfed bagels together. Then they headed off for a New Moon screening at Deluxe Laboratories.

No Doubt sues over game

The gang from No Doubt has its legal briefs in a twist over Activision's Band Hero, since you can play the game as the band and let it perform any of several dozen songs that aren't related to the ska-pop group. Band manager Jim Guerinot tells Rolling Stone that No Doubt was "mortified" to learn not only could its avatars sing other songs, but individual group members could perform other songs solo. "They're just like, 'What? We didn't sign up for this,' " he says. The answer? A lawsuit alleging fraudulent inducement and breach of contract. Activision isn't backing down, saying in a statement that the company "believes it is within its legal rights with respect to the use and portrayal of the band members in the game and that this lawsuit is without merit."

Tear down U2's wall

U2 may have given a free concert in Berlin to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall on Thursday, but that didn't keep it from putting up its own wall to keep out people who didn't score tickets. Hey, freedom isn't free, right? MTV organized the concert in front of the Brandenburg Gate and issued about 10,000 tickets online for the show, but after those were snapped up in three hours, it apparently hatched a plan to block everyone else's view, the AP says. "I thought it's a free show, but MTV probably wants people to watch it on TV to get their ratings up," said Louis-Pierre Boily, a native of Quebec City who was among the several hundred fans that crowded around the 12-foot metal fence. All they needed were some sledgehammers and a misunderstood press release, and that fence would have come down.

Gaga, Lauper lend faces to MAC

Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper have been named the new faces of MAC Cosmetics, Women's Wear Daily reports. And when you're talking about caking on makeup, those two really are superstars. The "From Our Lips" campaign debuts Feb. 25, and MAC Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick and Viva Glam Cyndi Lipstick, which will sell for a paltry $14 each, will launch in North America on March 18. All the proceeds will benefit the MAC AIDS Fund, which is a great cause that has raised millions for AIDS organizations around the world.
