TAMPA — The cost of visiting Busch Gardens and SeaWorld Orlando is going up, just in time for the busy summer season.
Busch Gardens and SeaWorld on Monday increased the cost of a single-day, general admission ticket purchased at the gates to $95 for adults, up $3. Admission for children is $90. Discounted tickets are available online.
Multipark tickets (SeaWorld/Aquatica, SeaWorld/Busch Gardens, SeaWorld/Busch Gardens/Aquatica) went up $6. SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Fun Cards, which include unlimited admission until the end of the year, also increased $3.
The move comes three months after Disney upped the cost of a single-day ticket to Magic Kingdom to $99, the most expensive of area theme parks.
The increase went into effect as Busch Gardens prepares to open the Falcon's Fury, a 335-foot drop tower ride. The ride was scheduled to debut earlier this month but has been delayed because of testing.
