Artist Rocky Bridges creates art with found objects

Rocky Bridges is a master of creating art with found objects. One of his friends and collectors tells the story of driving along a country road when Bridges yelled "Stop!" and the rattled collector screeched to a halt. Bridges had spotted a piece of twisted metal on the road side he had to have. A group of new work is on view in the Mahaffey Theater lobby, 400 First St. S , St. Petersburg, which is free and open to the public every Monday through July from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and to patrons of all ticketed events.
