Join in Artwalk, too

The two galleries featured on this page are among about 30 venues that participate in the monthly Artwalk in St. Petersburg on Saturday. All have extended hours (generally from 5:30 to 8 p.m.) and often special events though they aren't all in walking distance, ranging from Beach Drive near the downtown waterfront to the western edges of the Midtown district. It's an eclectic range of sensibilities, too. You'll find the highest concentration of galleries along Central Avenue, between Fourth and Eighth streets, but check out the full list at artwalkstpete.com. It gives you a lot of information about each one.
